I’ve tried every self help book, every podcast and none of them work.
You need to take a step back to reset and look after your health before anything else.
I’m not saying ignore your kids they need you 110% but if you don’t look after your health I don’t need to say the next thing!
If you’re in an abusive relationship you know what you need to do as I did!
Look after yourself, eat healthy, do strength training and look after yourself you deserve the best 😘😘😘
