Ever noticed there’s an I right in the middle of the word “Diet”? That’s because every journey you take to feel better, stronger, healthier — it’s about you. Not your partner. Not your friends. Not society telling you how you should look. It’s your body, your rules. Diets don’t work when they come from outside pressure. They don’t stick when you’re trying to please others. But when you focus on what makes you feel good, suddenly it’s not a “diet” — it’s your lifestyle. Forget the fads. Forget the toxic Instagram inspo. Forget the guilt. ✅ Eat food that fuels your energy. ✅ Move in a way that makes you feel powerful. ✅ Rest when you need to, flex when you want to, and own your choices. You don’t need permission to take care of yourself. Because at the end of the day? The only person who’s there for you 100% of the time… is YOU. And that’s why there’s an I in Diet.

how to stop being controlling

 you can only control yourself and your situations, you can not control anyone else or their situations!

Sit back, sort your shit out and stop trying to control other people which will only come back and bite you in the arse.

 if your trying to control other people you are the weakest person on this planet and you are a massive coward.

If you have done wrong and they have sussed you out, accept it and don't lie to try any get out of this situation.

Controlling people was an old way of life that our grandparents used to take away everyones identity and to try and make everyone the same. this is no longer true in this day & age so discipline yourself into a healthy lifestyle and stop trying to control other people to become destructive like you.

If you want to destroy your self, go ahead but don't try and destroy all the good people around you as this will only backfire and you'll be the loneliest person on the planet...

SORT YOUR SHIT OUT and you won't feel the need to control other people and their situations as they have their shit sorted already!!!
