Get some refuse sacks, empty all your processed food, alcohol, cigarettes, and any electrical devices that you over use in to the bags and give them all to the dumpster guy.


Also get rid of any negative people, not in the dumpster! you can just ignore them from now on...


Now the only things you will be allowed in your new lifestyle will be... call it habit island haha
