What Is Self Discipline

 Self discipline is when you ignore every distraction that's diverts you from your task in hand.

There are lots on unhealthy people and habits that can distract you from what you want and need to do, but this is where your personal self discipline comes to play.

Self discipline is when you set your days tasks and you need to turn off all distractions to make your self discipline is activated.


Distractions could be for example...

Cleaning the house

Doing the laundry

Doing up the washing up

Unwanted visitors

pouring a glass of wine!

Smoking a cigarette!

taking drugs haha 


Become a professional self discipline artist by planning your day and only letting emergencies distract you.


Set your goals and targets for today & tomorrow and make sure you complete them as perfectly as possible so you don't have to go back and repair them at a later date.


If you have some spare time at the end of the day, don't get distracted: instead learn a new skill or master your skills
