How To Stop Procrastinating

If you want to stop procrastinating you need to stop all Short term rewards especially if your working from home and working on your own. 

Unfortunately covid has made procrastinating the new pandemic!!!

First set your work hours or task that needs doing and eliminate all Short-term rewards, here are a few examples.

  1. No Smoking
  2. No drinking Copious amounts of coffee and tea
  3. No snacking on junk food
  4. No mobile phone except for work related calls/texts/emails 
  5. No The negative people and time wasters
If you Want a cup of tea set a time you can have one or two during your task hours.

Now you need to encourage long-term rewards such as
  1. Yes to exercise
  2. Yes to work
  3. Yes, to becoming an entrepreneur
  4. Yes to personal goals
  5. Yes to happy relationships. 
  6. Yes to healthy meals

So have you done your run before work?
Have you started on a large project?
When you finish that project are you gonna start something for yourself?
Have you reached personal goal for today?
Have you met or called a friend and had a laugh?
Have you cooked a healthy meal

These lists are highly adaptable and can be personalised to you.
