The Story of My Life: From Chaos to Clarity

Life has a funny way of testing us. There are moments when everything feels out of control, as if the universe is throwing challenges your way just to see if you’ll crack. I know this feeling all too well. I’ve faced my own share of chaos—manipulation, uncertainty, and times when I wasn’t sure how I’d get through it. But here’s the thing: every challenge I’ve faced, every tough lesson I’ve learned, has only made me stronger, more compassionate, and clearer about what I want from life. It all started with a life in the fast lane—a career in accounting, working for a property investment company in London, where I balanced numbers all day long. I thrived in that role, making good money, but deep down, I was burning out. The work was demanding, and while I was technically successful, my soul wasn’t being fed. I found myself craving more freedom—freedom to explore life on my terms, with my daughter and for myself. The Turning Point: Embracing the Unknown When I transitioned and star...

Life is a journey, not a destination

Every second counts, every minute counts, every hour counts, if you’re experiencing, contributing, being  bored, having  fun  and living in the moment your life will be fruitful. Don’t rush to the end! There’s nothing there!

Think of ways you can create a better life not just for you but for the ones you love.

Your not just making a cup of  tea that’ll resolve  your thirst, your making a cup of tea that will sooth your thirst and your body and make it a better body to live in.

Your not getting the laundry done, your making sure you have clean and pure clothes to wear, put some softener in that load!

Don’t rush cleaning the house, enjoy it, move the furniture to make it easier to clean and put calming lighting in the living areas so you feel more relaxed.

Only use the microwave to reheat, cook fresh nutritious food that your  body will thank you for, your body has given you life, respect it so much you can grow instead of die.

You’ve booked a holiday, isn’t the travelling there as exciting as the destination! You bet ya, you get up earlier than you ever do, you have a beer at 9am with your breakfast, your wearing your holiday clothes, seeing different people and learning another culture and when you get home you start living that culture by cooking their food and reminiscing it and sharing the stories with friends and family. See there was no destination just a learning journey.

You go to work and have so much in your plate of boring work but that’s what you get paid to do! If work was fun everyone would be doing it but guess what it doesn’t pay!!

Knuckle down, do the work, and enjoy the reward of completion. Ok that’s a destination!!!

I think I’ve just answered my own  question!

Work is a journey if your working for someone else but not for yourself 😉

Apart from that life is a journey,  have fun and lots of it x
