 Start something positive and do 2 minutes of it in an hour, once you’ve started the habit it’ll become natural. 

An example is if you need to get fit

# do 2 minutes of star jumps an hour

If you want to write more

# write for 2 minutes an hour

It’s alll about starting the habit and making it so easy you can’t refuse.

Make the habits you want easy, and make the habits you don’t want hard, we’re all very lazy deep down so this is the trick
