How To Love Yourself Again

 Sit by yourself and write down what you want your life to be like

For example: I want to be happy, healthy, loving, caring trustworthy,  make other people happy, give amazing value to others, up my skills, always be positive and basically be a happy me I used to be.

Diet: lean proteins, salads, omega 3 & nourishing water.

Exercise: get to my ideal weight and build a strong body.

Friends: gain friends that lift you up and support you.

Work: enjoy work and be happy you are  learning and growing every day, Learn a new skill every day off the professionals in the world.

Sleep: get eight hours, sleep a night.

Play: dance whilst cooking, make food exciting and fun. Write funny post it notes to uplift people.

You are amazing and you know it. I love you even though I don’t know you.
