How To Calm Anxiety Until It Stops

I have been in a toxic relationship so know exactly how you’re feeling, that nervous feeling will not go away and it constantly feels like you’re on guard of being attacked. 

The first thing you need to do is delete ALL toxic people out of your life, they can not control you, only you can control you. 

Only once you’ve done this will the anxiety stop so it’s a must. 

You must set aside some time for yourself where no one else is around and sit down and write a list of all the things you haven’t done and slowly work your way through the list, add something fun at the end of the list so you have something to look forward to, say a spa day? 🥰
