How To Shut Down a Narcissist

 The best way to shut down a narcissist is to completely ignore them or take in NO information their feeding you. 

They feed you lies to get your attention so the best way to deal with this is to not engage in their false stories. 

Your a strong person and I’m fully supportive of your recovery but truthfully you don’t need it, they do. (Recovery that is!)

Go write a new story of your life without this person and test what’s possible, you might even have fun 🤩
