Why Do I Attract Toxic People

If you attract toxic people you are coming across as weak, balls up, know your wants and needs and ignore any bad behaviour. 

If they say something nasty, don’t believe it’s true - don’t let their thoughts enter your head and think of something positive. 

People are only toxic to you if you let them, don’t tolerate it and be happy
