how to stop thinking about someone

 Start a new health kick, drink plenty of fluids, eat lots of fish and greens and get some exercise. 

If your improving yourself you won’t have time to think about another person or their problems. 

Thinking about another person is firstly a waste of time and secondly you can’t change them BUT YOU CAN CHANGE YOURSELF 

There is only ever going to be one of  you - BE HAPPY and put yourself first….
