Heat your oven to 220 degrees 

Cut the florets in half, place in a large bowl and drizzle oil over the florets and toss to cover 

Add breadcrumbs and grated parmesan to the bowl and toss to cover. Make sure all sides of the cauliflower are covered.

Oil a baking tray and spread the cauliflower flat side down

Roast for 20 minutes or until tender

  • 7 cups cauliflower florets(2 kg)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup breadcrumb(115 g)
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese(55 g)
