how to stop self sabotaging

 I know how this feels as I have been in this loop for longer than I should have been, it only came to light when I got rid of all the alcohol in the house and woke up to see my real world! It brings tears to my eyes that I was just living in a fake world with one horrible person and I never saw the light until last week! 

People words can do horrible things to us, like eating disorders, drinking, smoking and drugs but it’s only when we let their feelings in that we’re in DEEP TROUBLE!!!

You are a beautiful star and you deserve the dream life you were born to live so give up everything that is bad for you including relationships and start living the healthier and happier life you deserve . 

So this is my life today with no self sabotage 😊

Eat lots of berries

Drink caffeine free tea & coffee (red bush tea is yummy)

Eat the Dr Gundry Lectin free diet ( I didn’t realise how many poisoness foods there were out there!) if you eat 5 raw kidney beans they could kill you!!! So I stick to lean meats and roasted kale(yummy) for the Time being until I get bored!

I also try and Zoom a good friend every day just to keep me sane
