How To Be The Best Version Of Yourself

 The first step is not to listen to anyone apart from yourself, you know yourself the best - no one else does and if they think they do they are wrong.

You are a strong independent person, don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

Write a plan

  • Tolerate only nice people
  • Only eat healthy foods
  • Decrease Caffeine intake  and opt for non caffeine drinks - Redbush Tea is delicious and stains your teeth less
  • If you drink alcohol, alternate every glass of wine with a large glass of water
  • Go to bed before 10pm
  • Prepare for the next day the night before 
  • Make your self a facescrub with Oliver oil & sugar to exfoliate your skin - this is great on feet too!
  • Buy yourself a new electric tooth brush with an app to show you how to be best at dental hygiene ( I have an Oral B Genius and my teeth have never felt so clean) I have included the link in the menu
