As an accountant, I’m trained to value things. Tangible assets, intangible assets, depreciation, balance sheets—my world is ruled by numbers and logic. How to feel sexy again after having kids

 The know the feeling very well! Stuck at home with the Kids’s lounging in your pants and baking shit that makes you fat , probably drinking too much and going slightly crazier by the minute so the last thing on your mind is to put that sexy dress on that will probably not even fit anymore! 

But we can turn this around even though it sounds completely impossible! The starting point for me has got to have been changing 50% of my diet to fruit and vegetables and 25% meat and fish and 25% whole grains but also changing my portion sizes to a medium sized bowl. this isn’t just a weeks fad but a lifestyle change that has made me feel  healthier, happier but most importantly feel sexy again. 

Im not perfect but theses positive life style changes have an enormous benefit to my health.

A few tips I have are 

  • Swap crisps and snacks with carrot, celery and cucumber sticks  
  • Don’t boil vegetables, roast them with a little oil, chilli and garlic (boiling takes away most the vitamins and doesn’t  taste of anything)
  • Use apples as snacks 
  • Start wearing tighter clothing after you loose a few pounds to notice the difference
  • Drink a large glass of water before every meal so you don’t eat to much
