How to wake up feeling refreshed from now on

 It all starts from your habits from this moment on....

Drink loads of water, eat lots of salad, veg & fruit

Take a daily walk

If you drink alcohol make sure you keep hydrated with more non alcoholic drinks in between those glasses of wine 

If you feeling really brave give up alcohol for 1 year and see the difference in your bank account and in your personality
