How to feel good about yourself

 If your feeling down in the dumps, the only person that can lift you up is you. 

Put one day aside and do what you love...

  1. Dye your hair
  2. Pluck your eyebrows 
  3. Buy some nice face serum
  4. Wax unwanted hairs
  5. Make your own face scrub (olive oil and sugar are a good mix)
  6. Have a ladies lunch (healthy salads are great)
  7. Get some exercise 
  8. Call a good friend 
  9. Buy sexy clothes
  10. Make your home feel nice 
Try it, you’ll feel a lot more energised and feel a lot more good about yourself 

Do this whenever you feel bad about yourself to lift your spirits
