Why do people criticize

 People criticize you because of their own insecurities, what you’ve got to learn from criticism is that unless you have done something really bad they are throwing their weaknesses on to you. 

Be it there bad at their job and they criticising you to bring you down to their level which will never happen... 

stay strong, know yourself,  know your values and be better.
