 People get anxious when either their in a bad situation or their around people that are in a bad situation 

The quickest way to get rid of this anxious feeling is to sort out your worries in the next hour and say “I AM IN CONTROL” 

If someone else is making you anxious you’ve got to realise this isn’t your direct problem, you can try to help them but they can only reduce their anxiousness by their selves
