How to loose weight fast

- Go shopping for fruit, veg & salad with a little meat
- Prepare healthy salads, veg stir fries every day with a seasoning of meat
- Add jalapeños to make meals more exciting
- Ditch the soda drinks
- Drink water only - if you don’t like water add a little squash or elderflower cordial
- Eat one less meal a day
