How to loose weight fast

  1.  Ditch the crap food in your cupboards
  2. Go shopping for fruit, veg & salad with a little meat
  3. Prepare healthy salads, veg stir fries every day with a seasoning of meat
  4. Add jalapeƱos to make meals more exciting 
  5. Ditch the soda drinks
  6. Drink water only - if you don’t like water add a little squash or elderflower cordial
  7. Eat one less meal a day
  8. No smoking
  9. No drinking alcohol 
  10. DO IT NOW!!! If you dare!!!
