how to look after yourself

  1.  Think about yourself first - you can’t care for others if you don’t care about yourself 
  2. Watch what you eat and drink - it will be a reflection on how you look and feel
  3. Only do things you love - their will be mundane things to do so do them first so you can focus most of your time on enjoyable things 
  4. Spend time around people you have something in common with - conversations will always be easy
  5. Love your body, if you don’t love your body change it so you do
