how to deal with angry spouse

I know this all to well and if you let them get to you, you have lost.

Angry spouse will not get better if you mirror their behaviour.

Eventually they will threaten to leave to get a reaction from you then realise they need to adopt your attitude and finally be happy.

Try it, I would love to hear your story xxx Vikki
